STEP 1:
Here I am assuming you would have selected a niche for your content. Convert that niche into your keywords (search words). Keyword plays a vital role in SEO friendly content. Know more about keywords here. Well after you are done with your niche and related keywords put this keyword in permalink(Post URL). It will help Search Engines to understand your post content just by reading your post URL. Always try to write an attractive title starting with your keyword. It is always a better practice to limit the Post URL  to 75 characters.

STEP 2:
Once you are done with the first step, make sure to put the same keyword in the Heading H1 and limit the character to 60 this time. Using keyword in Post H1 Heading always boosts the SEO score and it’s a good sign.
STEP 3:
After STEP 2 now it’s time to add the keyword in meta tag. In meta tag also you should start with keyword and character limit not more than 160 characters. If you reached at STEP 3 your SEO score should be above 60.
STEP 4:
Now it’s time for feature image. Adding Feature images to your post is a good and professional practice. Here what you need to take care of is – you must add alt text & title text to this image. Now might be you are thinking of what should I write in alt text and title text, the answer is you should write your post related text i.e write the purpose of images.
